MILLING MACHINE The milling
machines "ZEROMATIC 2 - C - E - 2E" have been mainly designed for
realization of small works.
The longitudinal movement follows by a frequency change electric motor
driven by an inverter, as to achieve a wide range of speeds to be selected
by the potetiometer placed on the control board.
The model "2C - 2E" are outfitted of a 2HP spindle motor matched to a
mechanical box with casehardened - hardened gears lubrified in oil-bath
permittng - by the involved levers - to operate the selection of 9 speeds.
The model "C - E" on the contray - mount a 2 speed motor that matched
to a two pulleys permits the selection of 8 speeds.
Another difference consists in the structure of the machines - stiffer as
for the models "2C - 2E" are concerned thanks to their bedplate in
cast iron fusion.
The milling machines "ZEROMATIC E - 2E" are provided of a PLC
controlling the table longitudinal movement during an oscillation cycle to
operate on one or two directions as to permit the mass-production of pieces,
or through pneumatic index-heads the milling process on several sides.
